A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your service. Deposits are forfeited if you cancel or reschedule outside the allowed timeframe.
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe will result in the loss of your deposit. In case of emergencies, we may offer flexibility—just reach out to us directly.
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service. This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our team, as your reserved slot could have been offered to another client.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed braiding or styling services. If you are unsatisfied with your style, please let us know during your appointment so we can make adjustments immediately.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a future booking.
If you purchase hair care products from us and are unsatisfied, you may return unopened items within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.
